Ftpcreatedir()
Creates the directory on the remote server
Usage

| directory | the remote directory to create |
| stoponerror | if something goes wrong, throw an exception. defaults to true [optional] |
Calling
Supports named-parameter calling allowing you to use the function like:

Supports passing parameters as a structure using ArgumentCollection:
