Parsedatetime()
Formats a date string to a given output supports standard formats include SQL, Unix date string and HTTP timestamps.
Usage
DATE = Parsedatetime(

Calling
Supports named-parameter calling allowing you to use the function like:
Parsedatetime( date=?, format=? );
Supports passing parameters as a structure using ArgumentCollection:
